By using the GeoCalc web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
GeoCalc provides users with tools to calculate land area and distance from geographical coordinates. This includes manual coordinate entry, AI-powered extraction from photos, generation of PDF reports, and a history of recent calculations stored on your local device. The service is intended for estimation and informational purposes.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. Please note that features like calculation history are stored in your browser's local storage and are not synced across different devices.
Certain features of the Service, such as generating a final report, require a one-time payment. All payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or financial details. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". GeoCalc makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The calculations are based on user-provided data and planar geometry; they are not a substitute for a legal survey by a certified professional. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.
In no event shall GeoCalc be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
