Refund Policy

Our policy on refunds for calculations.

1. Service Nature: GeoCalc provides a digital service where payment is exchanged for a single, immediate calculation and report generation. Due to the instantaneous nature of this service, our refund policy is specific.

2. No Refunds for Correct Calculations: Once a payment is made and a calculation is successfully performed based on the user-provided coordinates, we do not offer refunds. The user is responsible for providing accurate coordinate data. We provide a verification step to ensure the user confirms the coordinates before proceeding to payment and calculation.

3. Technical Failures: A refund will be considered if you are charged but, due to a technical failure on our end, you do not receive a calculation result or report. In such cases, please contact our support team at geocalc12@gmail.com with your transaction details. Our team will investigate the issue, and if a server-side error is confirmed, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Incorrect Data Entry: We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data entry by the user. The legal disclaimer in every report states that the results are for estimation purposes and depend on the accuracy of the user's input. No refunds will be issued for calculations performed with incorrect coordinates provided by the user.
