  • Personal Data: When you register, we collect your name, phone number, and/or email address for authentication and communication purposes. This is stored securely by Firebase Authentication.
  • Calculation & Event Data: For paid calculations, we save a record of the transaction (including user name, points, results, and payment details) to our secure Firestore database. This is for administrative and support purposes. We also log key events, like logins and payment status, to help us monitor application health.
  • Calculation History (Local Storage): For your convenience, a history of your past 10 calculations is saved directly to your browser's local storage. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. This means your history will not be synced across different devices or browsers.
  • Payment Data: To process payments, we use Razorpay. We receive transaction confirmation details but do not store your credit card information on our servers.
  • AI & Communication Data: If you use our AI features (e.g., photo extraction, WhatsApp bot), the images or messages you send are processed by our AI provider (Google Gemini) to perform the requested service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Provide the core calculation and PDF reporting services.
  • Enable AI-powered features.
  • Process payments for our services.
  • Communicate with you, including sending OTPs and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain a calculation history on your local device for your convenience.
  • Monitor application performance and user activity for administrative purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our application:

  • Firebase: For user authentication, database, and hosting.
  • Google Cloud (Gemini & Maps): For AI features and map visualizations.
  • Razorpay: For secure payment processing.
  • WhatsApp (via Meta): If you interact with our WhatsApp bot.

These services have their own privacy policies, and we recommend you review them.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
